Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quiqly (“Quiqly”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Quiqly platform, including our admin panel, patient portal, websites at quiqly.io, and related mobile or connected integrations (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, organization, role, and profile photo.
- Clinical & business data: practice details, staff, doctors, appointments, prescriptions, invoices, and related records that you or your organization enter.
- Patient information: details patients provide to book appointments or use the patient portal.
- Connected accounts: when you connect Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or LinkedIn, we access only the scopes you approve to enable messaging, posting, insights, and reviews.
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser, device identifiers, and interaction events used to secure and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Enable appointments, communication, and CRM workflows.
- Publish content and manage messages on social accounts you connect.
- Send transactional emails, notifications, and service updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Social platform integrations
When you connect Instagram or Facebook via Meta’s APIs, Quiqly requests only the scopes required for the features you use — for example, instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish, instagram_business_manage_comments, and instagram_business_manage_messages. Data received from Meta is used solely to power features inside Quiqly and is not sold. You can disconnect any account at any time from Social Accounts in the admin panel; disconnection revokes tokens and stops future data access.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Service providers who host, secure, or support the Service under contract.
- Platforms you explicitly connect (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
